Michael Price has extensive experience as a civil and criminal trial lawyer over the last 24 years.  He is a former prosecutor and child services attorney for the State of Indiana prior to opening his own practice, thereby observing first hand the frequency with which agents of the State go beyond their legal authority or mission.  His practice focuses on ensuring that the justice system is held to its obligations of due process, limits on its intrusions into family and personal life, and fairness to Hoosiers when the State has come calling, including circumstances involving DCS or child protective services.

Michael is experienced in family law, custody matters including CHINS, guardianships, adoptions, child support matters, and juvenile delinquencies, and has practiced in the courts throughout central Indiana and much of the rest of the State.  He will bring his personal approach of dedicated research and representation to bear for your legal and litigation needs.
